One of my favourite cuisines is Greek. Everything from souvlaki or avgolemono soup, moussaka, don’t get me started on spanakopita, feta, saganaki, or gyros. It’s no wonder that Greektown in Toronto is one of my favourite neighbourhoods. I used to take yoga at a little studio in the heart of Greektown and after every yoga class, my friend and I would visit a favourite restaurant for some delicious Greek fare.

My Greek Chicken Marinade
- 100 ml Greek yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon Altius Greek Chicken Seasoning
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast cubed
Add all ingredients in a bowl except for the chicken, stir together. Add chicken and coat with marinade. Refrigerate for 12 – 24 hrs prior to use. When ready to use skewer and you can either grill them on the stovetop or barbeque them. Cooking time will be approximately 14 minutes.

My Greek Potatoes:
- 4 – 6 medium to large potatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano (my oregano jar accidentally fell in-lol)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and add to a hot pan and you can bake them or cook on the stovetop. Once cooked you can drizzle with lemon and olive oil and enjoy.
